Behaviour
What is our vision for Behaviour at Orion Eden Park?
At Orion Eden Park we strive to create a safe, warm-strict and outstanding learning environment for all of our pupils. We have the highest expectations and we encourage a sense of community, progress and learning.
All pupils and staff are expected to buy into our school culture which is underpinned by our three core values; Trust, Kindness and Endeavour.
We have a culture here of ‘highest expectations’. We expect all our pupils to act and behave in a way that is conducive to producing the best possible learning environment. It is built upon one of our founding principles: trust. All members of the Academy community are expected to act with trust by showing respect, taking responsibility and always being honest.
It is from this platform that all the fantastic achievements of pupils here will be possible. We believe in a policy of positive recognition and have an innovative and thriving rewards system to re-enforce this whenever possible. Any behaviour that does not meet our expectations is challenged to ensure to there is no disruption to learning or achievement.
We always aim to work with our pupils and their parents to establish the vital positive relationships that are fundamental to ensuring the ongoing success of our pupils.
